A client is asking me an interesting question, one I have not encountered before.
He is asking, if his website is hacked, what can he do to settle the problem? Due to the context of the website (conference registration), I am assuming he wants to know what rights he has against the hacker, or what can he do to resolve the problem (after website is hacked).
Inside my head I am laughing, but this is the government I am talking to, so how shall I reply?
