It's an oldie, but goodie. My how times have changed. I could only imagine the reaction you'd get if you ran down a New York city street now days kissing every girl in sight. To be fair, he had a pretty good excuse. But now days he'd be on a sex offenders list.

Anyways the real point of this thread is to say happy V-J day or V-P day, whatever you like. They made the wise choice and spared their country. And look how successful they are today because of it.

No one knows who the nurse is in that shot. I read an interview with the most likely person. She says she thinks that's her, but she can't tell for sure. Lots of ladies were getting kissed on V-J Day.

BTW: It's not sexual assault if it's consentual. The ladies were kissing back.
