Back in the 80s a lot of the jocks shaved their arms and chest b/c they thought the hair would grow back thicker. So it's hardly new (the pub thing may be tho).

Back in the 60s and 70s the only ones that did that were the swimmers for less resistence in the water. I guess the jocks have gotten dumber over time. If that's possible.Originally posted by Theben View Post
