Thist list might as well be, Oh, look at the terrible fashion sense of America's enemies.

The list consists in Kim Jong Il, Putin, Chaves, Fidel Castro, Evo Morales, Gaddafi, Ahmadinejad, Mao and Jean-Bédel Bokassa the only "friend of the west" being Pinochet.

Hey, the best thing the Nazi's ever did was the design of their uniforms. Well, the jodhpurs might have been a bit much, but that was a functionality question. Can't get better than the black and red SS parades, though.
