We had a nice laugh at this at the criminal building last week. Houston and Texas seem to get more than their fair share of whack jobs and bizarre scenarios.
And I've seen enough fat or old women with facial hair, that I couldn't tell the gender of this guy.Comment

I think Houston is the 4th largest city in the USA. Texas has 3rd or 4th largest population. In most people's mind, it's the 2nd largest state.
