How do West Bank palistinians differ from Gaza palistinians?

The change in the Fatah charter was and is meaningless imo. Both groups retain as their goal the destruction of the Israeli state, as can be inferred from their statements, behaviour and Fatah-owned media organisations. The pro Fatah propaganda media organisations in particular are rabidly racist and refuse any recognition of Israel. Not much chance that Faah wants a two-state solution if Fatah accuses the Israelis of breeding and spreading giant rats through East Jerusalem to drive out Arabs.
