I asked you for clarification by asking you straight out if you thought she had a chance.

And if you had answered that you think she has no chance, then we get back to Biden has the bigger potential to embaress the party because he actually is somebody. And at this point I believe he is the bigger embaressment.

Credible economists were handicapping the probability of a depression. The actions we took — passing the Recovery Act, stabilizing the banking system, pressing to get credit flowing again and helping responsible homeowners — brought us back from the precipice. Monthly job losses are down, financial markets are improved, and economic contraction has slowed. We still have a long way to go, but clearly we are closer to recovery today than we were in January. The Recovery Act has been critical to that progress.

Was basically the same message that Obama used to open his speech last week.
Things were terrible (but we had no blame whatsoever) but we've gone a long way to fix it (totally our credit)

This was reported a day later after people took a look around.

Hell Biden traveled to Ohio to defend the stimulus and eight days later we find out that the jobless rate rose from 10.8 percent to 11.1 percent.
