  • Man kidnapped and force fed beer

What's really shocking about this story is the people of Utah consider this a crime. . It's like a woman raping a man. That's not a crime.

Although in his defense it doesn't say what type of beer. He could have been force fed Coors or Coors light, which definately is a crime.

Or if the man was a Muslim, in which case it is definitely a crime...

Or a groom-to-be, in which case it is definitely legitimate...

Sorry, duke. In Utah, it's legally impossible to commit a crime against a Muslim.

But it's ok to strut around in chainmail with a white tabard bearing a red cross on the front and back, right?

Better to be force fed beer than to be force fed to a bear.

Just out of curiosity - how may years do this guy have to spend in jail for having been forced to drink these two beers ?

"They [the kidnappers] told him this was their area and that he can't sell drugs here," McGowan told the Deseret News.

McGowan told the paper the kidnappers force-fed the man two cans of beer prior to throwing him out of the truck, probably in an attempt to pass him off as a drunk who concocted the abduction story.
