I'm against. I use the list, but I like that it is easy to put people on or off. No need for extra programming for time periods. If someone goes on my list they are most likely not coming off. I have made one exception, and it worked smoothly. Leave the process alone.

KH, I'm currently working on a feature that will automatically put a poster on your ignore list whenever one of their posts is followed by 3+ consecutive posts of yours.
Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

Lori, the correlation is good, but not 100%.

Also, what happens when I post 4 times consecutively? I've already put myself on ignore before. It's like I didn't exist.

This feature is for my benefit, not yours.

In that case, fine with me.

Do you really think you can put an admin on ignore and keep them there? The person who runs the system is impervious to such tactics. Or should be.

I've always thought that by using the ignore list, I would be allowing people to manipulate me. Although, maybe they don't want me to use the list. I never thought of that. Or maybe some people want me to, and some don't. Then it's a question of who would I rather allow to manipulate me. Those that want me to ignore them or those that don't. It's all rather confusing. Sometimes I use a blowtorch to burn my arm and it helps me figure things out.
To us, it is the BEAST.

Can we extend this functionality to all posters? Can I put, say, Drake on KH's ignore list by posting 3 times in a row?
