        I Saw a guy take a ballshot and then puke afterwards.

        He was playing a while later.

        I got shot in the neck at close range once. Bled a bit.

            Really their mistake was using pump action when really they should have been doing a massive air tank with continuous suppressive fire. That's the way to victory. Blowing massive numbers of paint balls down ranger and killing everyone else. It's like having a machine gun nest. Just splatter everyone else and you win so fire massive numbers of rounds down range.

              Personally if I was a paintball player then I would insist on a belt fed ammunition supply and a huge tank of compressed gas. That way I could out shoot everyone and fire far more rounds down range. Then they could learn why which side won WW1.
