Using an ad campaign to attempt to change colloquialisms is gay. When I say someone is gay it's not the same as saying something is gay, it's totally different. As in something is cool, not cold, or kewl. Other words that have different meanings dependent on context and aim; bad, fat/phat, and wicked.

But it's not what you think, it's about what gays think. And if enough gays take offense, then it's considered offensive.
