Moderation is too light on this forum. It's getting sad that when I come here I see more than half the new posts are from the two loons. While I would suggest everyone ignore them, we still see their thread titles and the mere fact that they've posted. Can't they just be banned from the Off topic? Give them a separate forum where only they can post and laugh at their own lame jokes. It'll spare us the grief and won't be any different for them.

On topic, an African leader turning despotic isn't really news anymore. At least, not exciting news. It's the episodic variety, like "unemployed youth riot in Paris" or "majority of Kansans believe Earth younger than themselves."
