The only Euro-wide ethnic group liable to be a target of a Euro-wide genocide these days would be (still) the Roma... they still face routine harassment discrimination directly linked to their ethnic origin and way of life.

Pattern for the process was revealed in France between I and II. The French nationalists slowly isolated and planned to attack the Jews with the expectation that the Government would not interfere. The Germans preemted this by invading and then rounding up the Jews with the assistance of these same "nationalists" (who turned out to be pretty fungible as to whom they were loyal). I don't think they used to kill Gypsies, more like enslave them. In any case, Gypsies are clearly more harmless than Jews, who nestle into the very top of society and bring down the world banking system from within. Gypsies scam old ladies out of their pensions.
