Clearly of Spanish descent.
He's very sad looking for being dressed up in such a celebratory manner.

He is clearly obese, and unfortunately it is very common to see people in his condition.
The CDC has a neat little toy that shows Texas going from 10% to 20% obesity in just 10 years. The rest of the country shows a similar trend.

houston is fat. too many cheap restaurants. too hot to do anything but wallow around in own fat inside.
hmm, I wonder if my apartment would be inside of the bubble, would make commuting to my downtown office interesting.
i fully support this, I left a half drunk cup of coffee out from sunday, turned the ac off last night, got home today, and a nice layer of mold had already formed. disgusting. I suspect the heat and humidity also killed my xbox today.
too bad houston can't even get a decent mass transit option...

The DFW area is up their in terms of fattest cities in America. Frankly the heat isn't that much of an excuse not to stay fit. There are plenty of city recreational centers with cheap membership and swimming is always a great activity in the summer.
It also seems like the obesity rate is slightly higher in women. There are way, way too many fat chicks. The situation is better in the suburbs but it still sucks having so many heifers.
