Which do you think is better?

FWIW, I have now written and deployed apps for the iPhone, Android, Blackberry phones, and am working on a Palm Pre now.

Android is, by far, the best phone to develop for. Given that there's something like 40 Android-powered phones coming out this year alone, it may overtake iPhone in app awesomeness within a year or two.

I have a friend who is involved in cellphone developement too. He mostly does ports though.

He wants to get into game developement.

IPhone is probably the best but Sprint has the best family unlimited data price so we have Instincts (which also has some other useful goodies that the IPhone doesnt have).

Why not try them both out before you buy? It's only prudent.
