umm condoms are mandatory in NV brothels. what kind of operation do you think we are running here. There has never been a case of HIV transmission in a Nevada brothel. Never.

And from what I gather in the article, it says gay sex is optional not mandatory. In fact, even with the women they have a right to refuse sex with any client they want.
