That depends. If that gay Arab baby is really just the umpeenth-great grandchild of a chimp, I see no moral problem with aborting it on the order of the government, which is itself, after all, perfectly legitimate as the current product of man's social evolution. If, however, God wished us all into existence 6,000 years ago, the moral case for not aborting the baby, even on orders from the government, becomes much more shaky. So obviously the threshold question is evolution or creation.
