As I haven't read Pratchett, I can't really say, but if You like funny books, read Good Soldier Svejk

Christopher Moore is somewhat similar in style, I believe.

I reccomend books written in whatever language you're familiar with.

I'm just saying, given the comment and the context, this is kind of funny.

TP isn't easy to match - have you tried Asimov ?

He's like the "Firefly" of authors. Good, but massively overrated.

Which if course is neither Fantasy nor the Style you are searching for, yet its hillarious.

For Funny Fantasy check A. Lee Martinez, although these books are more appropriate for reading Bedtime Stories to your lil' Girl/Niece/...

                              ....

Well, then definitely try his books.
If you liked Pratchett you will surely love Douglas Adams.

I would even recommend "Last Chance to see" by him, which is about a more serious topic (a voyage to several species all around the world, which are threatened with extinction)
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "I am the Harbinger of Death. I arrive on winds of blessed air. Air that you no longer deserve."
Tamsin (Lost Girl): "He has fallen in battle and I must take him to the Einherjar in Valhalla"
