I use the short urinal all the time. It's the closest one. 
. I'm too lazy to walk 2 more feet to the next one. I suppose some of it splashes back, but I don't like my pants on a regular basis, so I never notice.
But I work in a casino where all the employess have to be 21 or at least 18 to work there. So why do we have it? We also have a short drinking fountain as well. but that may be for use by disabled (and we do have one disabled dealer working for us).
