You know the one I'm talking about; it's about half as far off the ground as a regular urinal.
I understand that in a high-volume public bathroom or one with a large children's contingent there should be at least one urinal which allows boys to not have to piss upward. But the bathroom near my office only has two urinals and is located in a research wing of a physics department. There are no children around. No midgets either. And pissing into the short urinal is unpleasant as it increases the chance of splashback.
Down with short urinals.
