Lets find parallels between ACS and the USSR!
ACS = USSR

One was a union of socialist republics...the other is "not a democracy"

Both had strong Communist parties, both had nuclear weapons*, what else can we think of? Ming had a mustache as did Lenin and Stalin. And who can argue about these comparisons:
Sudden openness about internal problems, more lenient rules, freedom of speech = glasnost
Administrator and glorious leader Robert Plomp = Gorbachev?
Asher "president of the OT" = Yeltsin?
Mingapulco = the Gulag
KH = eccentric chess champion
NGR = Chinese agitator
CFC = USA!
DanQ = Fidel? (I know not from the USSR and does that make Plomp Raul?)
Polycast = Breencast? (HL2 is pure awesome)
