Every day in May fiesta moves to a different street but it starts right here in Pondol. We have three pigs this year, the prior years we had 4 but these are all big. Today the girlz made torta, individual desert cakes, and the guys killed the first pig. They brought it from my bro in law's house and we stuck it in my fancy grinder to be used by the galz for meatballs and philippine egg rolls tomorrow.
Got pics of all that to come, plus tomorrow I'm up at 6AM to go to Sho's place for the next two pigs. After the work is done tomorrow its the night of the family party where family is invited to come and eat and that's the 30th. May one is fiesta day and we'll feed hundreds, anyone can come and eat.
I'll try to get the pics up in a bit, if not then tomorrow. That's when our internet gets fixed anyway, right now I'm swiping the signal of our friends next door who have done the same anytime they needed it.
