It's not strange at all to any reasonable person. Consider: a woman in a dress that makes her look fat asks "Does this make me look fat?". Consider honesty vs courtesy in this case.

2. That is not an answer to the question. What you appear to specialise in is abuse and defamation without regard to truth or honesty. Insult is the game that you would prefer to play.

3. Mobius is an old 'Gaming Opponent' and I repeat how or where I choose to greet him is nobody else's business. My comments regarding the general tone and content of this Thread were my truthful opinion of just that, the general tone and content, not any personal attack upon an individual.

4. If you like Ming then you have a strange way of expressing that affection. As for me, I care not as courtesy seems also to be a synonym for hypocrisy in your lexicon and honesty a word upon which you have failed to consult the OED as to definition.

It's tough love, rah. I don't want this place to cease to exist (I'd probably buy it up or put up a clone site if it did go under). But the simple fact is the administration on this site has ranged from grossly inept to intentionally arbitrary.

For me it dates back to the MarkG days. When MarkG used to personally attack me and treat me like **** because I was one of the admins of SidGames. That sort of set the tone for everything else and carried into the new administration.

I think the results really speak for themselves, anyway. I don't arbitrarily insult admins, in fact I thought I was doing quite well in getting along with the lot of you lately (with the notable exception of the Locutus situation, but he ended up apologizing to me so it clearly wasn't all my fault), but I'm also not afraid to call it as I see it, especially when that poor decision making directly impacts me.

If you surround yourself with a bunch of polite "yes men" you end up with a George W. Bush.

To the Mods & Admins, you have my sympathies. I am also a Mod on other boards and I know how difficult a job it is you have. Good luck with the site, and I hope it is able to turn around becasue I think it shows some great promise with only a few glitches here and there.
