I don't know, maybe what we need in the west is to learn to have Jeong (http://www.prcp.org/publications/sig.pdf) and Kyong? Of course, I've been repeatedly assured that barbarians can never actually have 'jeong'.

Based on my little experience and reading that pdf (sorta), I'd say that having a relatively homogeneous population helps 'jeong' permeate. So the U.S. would never have it, and it's probably a good thing.

I'm also trying to raise my Inscrutability. Am I Inscrutable yet?
