Here's my view on this:

1) It's pretty universally accepted that circumcision leads to decreased sexual sensitivity and pleasure among males by all those who have taken the time to study the issue

2) Speaking from personal experience, it doesn't actually seem to take very long to make a woman orgasm. From insertion to first orgasm (based on my admittedly limited sample of women, and given some foreplay) is usually under 5 minutes. Some studies have noted that in addition to reaching orgasm more quickly uncircumcised men also bring women to orgasm more quickly (in vaginal intercourse) than circumcised men due to different movements (uncircumcised men tend to thrust more quickly and shallower, bringing the glans into more frequent contact with the sensitive portions of female genitalia) as well as better lubrication

3) Female-to-male vaginal intercourse is NOT the major source of HIV infection in the developed world. Intravenous drug use and homosexual anal sex are both much more important sources. Also, it's been shown that uncircumcised men tend to engage in less risky sexual behaviours than circumcised men (anal sex being the predominant example) partially due to the much greater difficulty and discomfort they experience when engaging in such behaviour (the thought of tearing my frenulum is actually pretty traumatising). This may not be true in the developing world.

In sum, HIV infection from vaginal intercourse is barely an issue in the developed world. Condom use is high enough, transmissibility is low enough and infection rates are low enough that I don't see a major health benefit from circumcision accruing to the heterosexual population. Homosexual male populations have a far greater incidence of HIV and engage in much riskier (from a transmissibility standpoint) behaviours. Foisting your esthetic choices in a permanent fashion on your children is a bit much for my tastes.
