I'd like to know what Canadians, Australians and New Zealanders think of the Monarchy?

Lets try to keep this thread on topic.

Also, for our Australian and New Zealand respondents: Do you like your current flag, or would you like to see a new flag for your respective countries?

As for Canadians: Do you like the current Maple Leaf Flag, or would you prefer reverting back to the "Canadian Red Ensign", or perhaps changing the flag to something else entirely.

Anyway, I am neither of the groups You've mentioned, but I think monarchy is what makes British special, it is also a magnet for tourism, so it's good for UK. Also, it allows being in official and stable union with other states without having to do much about it. I think that, as long as the monarch doesn't try mean much in politics, there are only advantages to monarchy.
