Still hilarious though. We had something similar happen to an over the side torpedo launch once, only it didn't make it all the way out of the tube and rather just sat there out. Luckly it was a training round.
I was taking a picture of it with a digital camera at the time and thought "damn, thats a good motion capture!" and then I looked up from the screen and say the torpedoe still there.
