  • Is there new music similar to Depeche Mode or New Order?

    I imagine there must be some. If there is, recommend, please.

    Use Pandora.com. You can enter bands you like and it will recommend other bands which are similar to the ones you have already selected. The service might be limited to the US though as I recall reading that back in 2006 Republicans increased the royalty rates corporations (but not artists) get for songs played by internet radio stations.

    I've never tried last.fm but I've heard they have a search function which works similar to Pandora.

      Something new or old? Maybe you'd like Ladytron or LCD Soundsystem. Check out Depeche Mode and New Order on Allmusic.com: they list similar artists, who influenced them and who are their followers. Tons of links. Have fun!
