Ok, so hubby buys motorcycle with blown out engine, however, everything else is good planned on using it for a part bike. Sold the other bike so dedcided to part it out on Ebay. Made an add stating clearly parts are used, in good shape and straight. They were motorcycle forks that go on the front of the bike. This was a 1996 bike so it's um....yeah 13 years old. We were very clear used, good shape and straight. And we took pictures so you could see what you were getting.
Person gets the forks says one has road rash and he can't use it. So he wants his money back.
Is where I went. My feeling: You're buying a 13 year old used part on Ebay not Walmart from a private individual. No refund. We took pictures left an email address. If you wanted to know more why did you not contact us and ask. So am I right or wrong. I always thought that if you buy something used off of Ebay......you pretty much bought it. You understand that your not getting something that is perfect and pristine. Sooo is the dragon lady wrong?
And I cleaned them the only thing I can think of that he's referring to would be the grease and gunk on the bottom. The top part was quite smooth and shinnnnnnny like your hinney
