Have been terribly busy with building works and not able to devote my due attention to 'Poly (say it ain't so, Joe!) .
Should be changing in the future... Speaking of defending Mali, I bought the Damon Albarn & chums 'Mali Music' compilation, and some damned fine music it is too.
It subtly reminded me of how much the Blur chaps have advanced from their Mockney Britpop days and how far the Oasis troglodytes haven't.
I've been grooving to the Taj Mahal/Toumani Diabate team up album too- it's called 'Kulanjan' and I most heartily recommend it as a way to banish those winter blues for those of us living in the grim and griesly Northern climes
