More realistically we could just make it a legal requirement that banks who accept bailouts must lend a certain percentage of the bailout money the way the British have. Or failing actually inject capital in exchange for preferred shares so that when the people sell their stock they get top dollar and the shareholders of banks which need bailouts are punished most severely for their mismanagement.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.
