Another late entry, this one legal and accepted, from our old pal embalmer42... He's baiscally repeating last year's list, with only two subs -- Jerry Lewis (3rd one to pick) and Courtney Love (unique).

The entry is amusing enough that I'm posting his predictions in their entirety...

The Embalmer Express
1) Courtney Love (singer) - dies January 23 after the Gods of Good Taste have finally had enough
2) Edsun Arantes do Nascimente (Pele) - former soccer player
3)Anne Rice (writer) dies February 4 when she is devoured by a flock of blood-thirsty bats while on vacation.
4) Tom Wolfe (writer) dies February 18, killed by a flying typewriter thrown by an angry fan who actually went to the trouble of finishing his last book.
5) Nancy Reagan (wife of former President) dies on March 8 when a falling star decapitates her.
6) Amy Winehouse (singer) dies April 1 when her body finally collapses under the weight of the vast quantities of drugs she stopped feeding herself two days previous.
7) Neil Simon (playwrite) dies April 13 after a marathon viewing of all the Friday the 13th movies of shame, realizing he will never write anything as good.
8) Neil Armstrong dies May 4 on national TV. Millions refuse to believe it.
9) Sue Grafton (writer) dies on May 14 from a rare, fatal case of embarassment after having screwed up an alphabet recital at a local school.
