How do I save firefox bookmarks?

I don't have the new firefox3 btw. think I'm still using two. 2.0.0.20 to be exact. Can't format my hard drive until I save these. I suppose I could print them out. but I"m lazy and want to save the paper.

In Vista they're in
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefo x\Profiles\%profile#%\default\

FF2 it's called bookmarks.html in that folder.
