Yes, but it's possible to look worn and childlike at the same time. Just look at old propaganda photos released by anti-child-labor organizations. The worn aspect makes it more distressing; they're not just kids, they're worn-out kids. That'd be like jerking off to Oliver Twist or something.Comment
