I did not realize I could change the size of the circles, did 2.5 without resizing. 3.4 was tricky, but all were QED.

Split the streams.

I used the left arrow piece to shoot the stream to the left after it went through the two right music bars.

I placed the whirlpool thingies to take half of the stream each, one to cover the two yellow parts and the other one to cover the rest, and tweaked the position of the arrow to get the required overlap. Probably the hardest way to go about it, but it works.
