Dunno. Boorman's Excalibur got something absurdly high, like an 80% or so, and apparently not even in a so-bad-it's-good way. People actually liked the over-the-top sets, inept plot and terrible dialogue. It's not inconceivable that a good movie get a terrible review.

Having said that, yes, Ultraviolet was terrible.
