French swimming question

In the UK when I went to a state run school, they would make boys and girls get changed in the same room.

I thought that was really weird and the first time it happened, I went to the girl's bathroom to do it instead. But by degrees I got used to it and there was never any problem from the boys.

Ozones got too short of a lifespan to be used as a general agent like chlorine so generally I'd presume you'd need both or some faffing about to fully replace it by a high circulating system. It's as Dry said the best bet would be you'd have a seperate area where ozone nukes all the big ugly organic stuff and then circulate some chlorine through for the general hygine. Since the water will be pretty much taken to drinking standards outside of the swimming area by the ozone then you just need a tiny bit of chlorine afterwards.

we're right prudes in the UK when it comes to swimming and being naked in pools so I'm suprised to hear that, when I was backpackking through europe I witnessed some quite terrible sights that made me glad of it though.
