  • Academic text question

I have a paper published in 1978 called "on fertility policy research". And I want to know all the papers who could have used this paper and could have been put in their bibliography.

Is there any search engine, tool, whatever which could help me.

    Thank you

I've never heard of it without access to a university library. If you have that, there are yearly compilation lists of citations called the "Citation Index". Some, but not all, universities have those indexes on computer.
