Correct, to a certain degree, which is why i used the term Sapper, in Vietnam the cute,young schoolgirls were wrapped in TNT or Dynamite and sent to bomb markets and GI's at FireBases

In the middle east many zealots use this as a deterent or even a way to draw attention to a certain cause.
