    Yes and no.

    Yes in the way monetary base has exploded, no because the printing is still in forms of swaps, repos, and new debts.

    They haven't started monetizing the debt yet, which would amount to true "printing" in the old days.

      Right, the banks are suppose to pay back all the cash that they are borrowing, put the money is in the economy. It's just sitting in banks for now.
