Sloww, it's Canada. They don't think like we do wrt prison. Their idea of prison is a summer camp, only for adults and year-round, and with television and such.

Most Canadian prisoners wouldn't last a week in a Texas prison.

I just wrote of a heavy killer on Texas Death Row, insisting he was too large now to execute. He was wrong.

      That was in Ohio.

You're right, Winston. We're dusting so many here, I just forget that sometimes other states step up to the plate.

I knew a guy that did a little time for car theft. As soon as he was released, he headed for Washington state.
He said, no more Texas prison for him.

That must explain why you have no crime. :whew:

            LOL.

Care to explain us why there are so many people in prison in the US of criminal A then?

Looks like the all American approach bears no fruit at all

Seriously, how does a prisoner get fed that much in the first place? Just give every prisoner standardized 2,000 calorie-per-day meals and the problem sorts itself out.
                Unbelievable!

Traianvs, Texas has over twice the population of your podunk country. Forget about the whole of the U.S. Don't try to compare apples to oranges.

He may have a thyroid condition or something similar, in which case he should get treatment.

I'm talking about the US anyway cause I don't know about Texas figures.

At midyear 2002, there were 113 female inmates per 100,000 women in the United States, compared to 1,309 male inmates per 100,000 men.
                      Here

Unless you're disagreeing with that, I'll say that's a helluva lot of inmates my friend

Belgium has 56 convicted inmates per 100 000 inhabitants (in 2006)

And on top of that, 4 out of ten inmates are foreigners here. So you know, I'm just sayin'

But okay I'll admit. It's actually 90 out of 100 000 if you account those in detention on remand too. Still quite a difference.

Saying what? Foreigners taint your country?

                          How quaint.

Yes, the Moroccans do. It's like the Mexicans in the US. Really.

So, as one would expect, even Belgian criminals seem to be more in touch with their feminine selves.
