Stupid Nazis, ruined the day. Now we have the 3rd October as national holiday, which is not that cool...

Many Americans think The Wall was a wall across Berlin, and it was...but that wall also cut across Germany, a huge, horrible thing, a killing machine run by sadists. Alot of Germans seemed to forget it was there, except for those that lived close to it. These were my favorite Germans. They didn't treat Americans as occupation forces. They knew that the American, British, and fellow German forces were all that stood for their freedom against the true oppressors, the communist Russians.
Now, that wall is gone.
The frontier of freedom will be far to the east. New nations reborn from the oppression are standing guard with a true appreciation of what freedom means.
We have new challenges, but The Wall is gone.

Too bad new walls are built today. A particular one might come to mind, built by a people, who apparently only remember the other 9th of nov... So it´s important to remember both...Comment
