How do you like your eggs?

Anybody here tried a Welsh rarebit recipe with eggs? It's basically scrambled eggs but with shredded cheddar, mustard, & worcestershire sauce whipped into the liquid first. Surprisingly good

Rakørret, in english as far as I can determine, half-fermented trout . Never heard of the word, but I guess I describes the state of the fish; fish which has endured controled rottening.

I like eggs pretty much any way you can make them, 'cept raw. My favorite way, though, is a very simple omelet, cooked until just a little brown, with a little cheese and bacon (or just chives or basil by itself), seasoned with salt and fresh ground pepper.

Mostly (because of teh wife) I scramble them loosely. Basically, I start cooking the eggs as if they were sunny side up, but after the white is half-cooked, I scramble them, add a little sausage or bacon, some cheese (and hot sauce or salsa for me) and plate. Mine will go into a low carb tortilla. Yum!
