That **** bag is part of the GOP network here in San Diego. Orange County is trending blue while LA and San Fran have always been blue so now the dirt bag GOP ****hawks all seem to come from here since it's the last GOP stronghold. The local election commission is also dominated by GOP ****wits and they had over 100,000 registered voters just in this county scrubbed from voter rolls without any evidence that they were illegal at all. For instance if your registered as John Smith but your driver's license is John Q. Are campaign funds supposed to be used as personal piggy banks to fund wholely personal trips, TEF? As for the "typical white person" comment, that's how Obama himself described her on the campaign trail. I'll grant you that his book however made her seem more interesting. DD, if he checked with his lawyers first, and they said it was okay, I'd say he did his due diligence...would you not agree? I mean, what? Should he have gotten a permission slip from the pope or something? (or the Imam?) I suspect we'll see him reimburse those funds in any case...likely as not, it was a matter of convenience...fastest way to get there, so bang & done. I prolly would have done the same thing had I been in his shoes. The lady was dying.

It's a real shame that she didn't last until her grandson was elected. (yes, it's hard to admit that mccain's chances are quickly approaching zip)
Even a bigger shame that what would have been Obama's greatest day of his life, be dimished by this event. My heart goes out to him. But I still won't vote for him
