Which is why I'd never want to live there, or any major metro area. Though I did consider moving to NYC once for a girl and job offer... but I didn't really want to live there either. I probably live better on $400/mo out here than I would have on ~$6k/mo there. (Once you factor in the cost of open spaces, quiet, and fresh air, which I value highly.)Comment
