    Yeah, that's pretty horrific.

    On a completely unrelated note:

Hm, similar artists that come to mind are Goo Goo Dolls, Lifehouse, Better than Ezra, Vertical Horizon, Sister Hazel, and Hoobastank.

Well I mean new artists that sound like those. Not lifehouse and hoobastank though, they suck.

AC/DC has a new record coming out. Or did you mean the 1990's?

          AHHH!

If you haven't heard of MGMT, listen to their Oracular Spectacular album.

Don't group Blind Melon in with those late '90s fags. Shannon Hoon died in '95.

Hell, even the Toadies' heydey was in '94-95.

I haven't heard it yet but that's no surprise. Only their self-titled album was strong. Motorcycle Drive-by is still one of the best songs ever.

Stuff I've been into lately: Cold War Kids, MGMT, The Killers' new song (Human), Coldplay's Viva la Vida album (and the piano-acoustic Lost! version especially), Coconut Records' "Night Timing", and She Wants Revenge ("Out of Control", "Save your Soul", and "These Things"). You'd also probably like the Spill Canvas' "All Over You" as well.

Also, Protein from Counterglow's band (Does It Offend You, Yeah?) has a pretty cool song that is getting lots of airplay on the Sirius Radio alternative station I listen to: Dawn of the Dead.

                          They have several.

protein from CG is the drummer (and producer?) for Does It Offend You, Yeah.

Here's their single which is rising on the Alternative charts right now.

They were on Jimmy Kimmel a few months ago also.
