Now this is a slight hypothetical, if Obama wins the election.

If this happened due to her Terrorism claims about Obama as the reasoning clamied for the assassination, wouldn't that be a serious crime. Take for instance inciting a riot, that is definately a crime, what about inciting an assassination, and of a President, would'nt that be an Act of Treason. Anyone think she'd be charged or Censured, even?

This really sickens me, this is lowest level of politics i've seen in this country, this is WORSE then W. Bush....in some ways at least he's respectiful of his fellow politicians who were competing with him (probably due to his arrogence) I can imagine some of this happening in a third world country where politicians are routinely stabbed, attacked, or threatened but here?!! This is rediculous!!

If you don't believe that people are that nuts just look at some of those video's from the Mcain campain about all the people who know think Obama is Terrorist thanks to her yapping trap.

All it takes is one person out of the millions, and we have a dead Obama.

Thanks to the Governor of Alaska, Obama now has to deal with 3 groups of people trying to kill him.... anti-terrorists, racists, and of course regular terrorits anti-USA.

Perhaps she should at least be censured and impeached for inciting violence against a govermental official, (ie: Senator Obama) anyone?

Me, I think it'll never happen...she'd just weasel her way out of it, even tho, IMO if such a scenario played out, she would have had a hand in it, and be held accountable for her part (she and McCain have been whipping the crowd into a frothing-at-the-mouth frenzy, and while she would not have pulled the trigger, she certainly planted the seed.

I am no lawyer, but surely that warrants more than just a stern gaze in her direction...

No reporters were charged in RFK's death, efven though many had claimed his support for Israel would hurt the other countries immediate surrounding or contained within Israel. The man who killed him (Sirhan Sirhan) was from that part of the world, on the Arab side. Similarly none of the people who had been running ads accusing JFK of treason in Dallas just before JFK's visit were accused of anything.

God save us if the newly elected Obama were to be assassinated. But no prosecutor would even try to pin that aspiration on Palin or the McCain campaign, whatever the actual truth.

Note Kenyans are NOT Arabs. Obama's father was a Kenyan, not an Arab.

She's only incited distain and hatred for Obama, not violence. And she's never called him a terrorists. She merely says that he pals around with one (i.e. Ayres, who is on the same education board and who, once years ago, held a fundraiser for him).

She's fulfilling her role as an attack dog. But her rhetoric has not broken any laws.
