Kid, if you want to enter into a futures contract with a price of 60$/bbl settlement price to be declared based on NYMEX:CL settlement for Nov 09 on the last trading day of Oct 09 on a notional 1 bbl of oil (I take the long, you take the short, contract settles in cash) then I would be quite happy to. Only conditions are that you agree to send 60$ margin (I will too) to a mutually-acceptable party. I nominate Imran.

I also would like to note that this is trusting you to pay up in the case that CL settles at >120$ bbl.

So, I know my expected value from this is ~8.60 (ignoring interest issues). Getting the variance in this would be a ***** to back out of the options markets, because I can't seem to get good quotes on Euro options for CL.
