Lemme guess, Dashi didn't actually read the linked article.
I did. The question is did you understand it?
“As a lifelong member of the Columbia Business School community, I adhere to the principles of truth, integrity, and respect. I will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.”
"Capitalism ho!"
I didn't say he should be fired for being a chronically failed husband, but you can if you like. I just think that fact lends more credence to the well-publicized allegations of physical abuse and/or threats thereof.
One allegation of each and both rather sketchy.
As a general proposition, do I think any person guilty of repeated domestic violence isn't fit to wear a badge (regardless of whether a relative happens to be a governor)? You bet your ass I do. Don't you?
But none of this applies here.

What do you mean it doesn't "apply" when DD's only point was, just OOC, how this guy kept his job to begin with (again, regardless of this Sarah Palin person's existence)? That's the only thought I was responding to.

I apologize then. I overestimated you.
Then please tell me of the repeated incidents of domestic violence. I think 5 is fair number to ask for here.

Boy, I didn't know the guy was on trial here. Or that I ever brazenly declared him guilty. "Lends credence" is as decisive a phrase as I was comfortable using, and I'm not stupid enough to step beyond that without proof. DD might have fun biting your troll, however.
Well, come on then. You obviously had some in mind when you made your post.

Now Darius, you did accuse him of repeated domestic violence. I gave you the benefit of the doubt, but you then made it clear that you were referring to him when you made your post. So pony up.

I don't know why I bother, but:

Now, I don't feel obligated to pony up the repeated allegations of at least explicit threats sufficient to obtain a protective order when you could amply supply yourself through google, but hopefully the link you ignored in this thread might suffice. I'm not going to waste any more effort on this troll because quite frankly defending Palin, however indirectly, makes me feel dirty.

Aw, maybe this will cheer you up:
I'm not sure to whom this is directed, but if you assume my brief comments here imply any affinity whatsoever toward Palin or the GOP in general, that only shows what a pathetic partisan hack you truly are.

Doy! This is what we're talking about, moron!

Searched, couldn't find any. Since you seem to know them, how about a list to get me started?

Re: the tasering the stepson deal: that was consensual. The stepson wanted to know what it felt like to get tased. Wooten set it up like they do the tasings of police recruits.
Categorically stupid and showing very bad judgment, yes, but just saying he "tasered his stepson" makes it sound like he did it as some grotesque punishment.
Wooten isn't a particularly stand-up guy, but it sounds to me like he therefore is a natural fit for the Palin clan.

Oh no. I just know that you think Hitler stuff is funny. That's all. And here I was trying to be nice.

I don't see where that sentence declared Wooten guilty of anything. In fact things like "general proposition" and "any" suggest quite the opposite. Keep having fun with your straw man though, it is rather cute.

Dang it, Boris. Don't give it all away. I'm trying to make a point here.
