  • Bet and win on Obama/McCain (The portuguese way)

    Its unbelievable:

LISBON (Reuters) - A Portuguese online bank unveiled a novel interest rate deal Monday by letting clients bet on the outcome of the U.S. presidential election.
I wonder if I can bet on the Dec1, 2009 Timbuktu rain?

InTrade.com also lets you "bet" -- opps sorry: invest -- in a victory of Obama or McCain.

Not a novelty. It's possible to bet on anything on online websites. Including election outcomes...
